Jesal Shah
Founder/Producer
Jesal Shah is a Mumbai-based writer and director known for crafting compelling narratives across films, commercials, and digital content. Her directorial debut, Baby Crasto, a psychological thriller with a home invasion sub-genre, stars Supriya Pathak Kapur, Neil Bhoopalam, and Vaibhavraj Gupta. Produced by Golden Ratio Films (Vistas Media Capital), the film marks her entry into feature filmmaking.
Jesal’s journey in the industry began in 2016 as an Assistant Producer at Magik Lantern Films, working on ad films for leading brands. She later joined Thumbnail Pictures, where she produced Hope Aur Hum (2018), starring Naseeruddin Shah, now streaming on Netflix. Over the years, she has directed and produced ad films for brands like SonyLiv, Godrej, Bombay Shaving Company, Tata CLiQ, Samsung & many others. Her short film BALA, produced by SonyLiv, received critical acclaim and won a Jury Citation Award at the 38th Black Maria Film Festival.
With experience assisting Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra on Toofan - an excel entertainment production and a portfolio spanning commercials, feature films, and short-form storytelling, Jesal brings a distinct voice and vision to every project she takes on.
Nachiket Pangare
Founder/Producer
Nachiket is a cinematographer with a dynamic visual style, shaped by years of experience across feature films, web series, commercials, and documentaries. He began his journey assisting Binod Pradhan for four years on seven films, including Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, 2 States, and Baaghi. His recent work as a cinematographer, includes Half Love Half Arranged (Amazon Prime), Baby Crasto (Golden Ratio Films), and Made in Heaven Season 2.
A graduate of Whistling Woods International and the University of Hertfordshire, Nachiket has worked globally, shooting in the UK, South America, Thailand, and across Europe. He was part of the Pole2Pole expedition, documenting Swedish explorer Johan Ernst Nilson’s journey from the North to South Pole using only non-motorized transport.
Inspired by Janusz Kaminski, Emmanuelle Lubezki, and VK Murthy, Nachiket’s cinematography blends striking compositions, natural light, and a deep understanding of storytelling. With experience in 35mm, 16mm, and all modern camera systems, he adapts his visual approach to suit each project.
An avid wildlife filmmaker and certified Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver, Nachiket isn’t afraid to push creative and physical boundaries to capture compelling visuals.
